BESTAR Attends the China Electroacoustic Industry Summit to Explore Innovation and Transformation Across the Industry
From November 22 to 23, 2025, the First Session of the 11th Member Congress of the Electroacoustic Branch of the China Electronic Components Association and the 2025 China Electroacoustic Industry Summit were successfully held at Jiangsu Hotel. The conference featured a rich agenda, including the election of new council members, a work summary report delivered by Secretary-General Professor Shen Yong, the awarding of member plaques, as well as multiple enterprise sharing sessions and expert lectures.

BESTAR, as an innovative representative enterprise in China’s electroacoustic field, was invited to participate in this industry event, joining representatives from more than 100 companies across the electroacoustic industry chain to discuss future development paths for the sector.

The summit invited several cross-disciplinary experts to deliver in-depth insights on topics such as corporate strategy, organizational motivation, and intellectual property.
Wang Jun, former Managing Director of Accenture and IBM, shared a keynote on《Enterprise Transformation Thinking and Growth Models in the New Era》.
Wu Guohua, Senior Partner at Aon Human Capital Consulting, explored organizational motivation and talent value transformation.
Hu Jianhua, Deputy Director of Shengdian Law Firm, used real 337 investigation cases to guide enterprises on building a robust intellectual property moat.
This summit provided a high-quality platform for communication among upstream and downstream companies across the industry chain. A total of over 118 representatives from the full spectrum of electroacoustic product manufacturing attended the event. Through thematic reports, executive speeches, and tax and finance training, the conference helped enterprises seize new opportunities in industry upgrading.
